How to undervolt an fx-8350

Hello good day I hope you can help me, this is my first post.
I have an fx-8350 ghz as the title indicates, it is completely stock, without overclocking and with stock cooler.
Lately it has been getting very hot, at certain times when I am doing the ads and adprize on neobux, which often show videos, although it is true that it has been very hot I am from venezuela.
The temperature it reaches is 62 to 65 degrees and it seems strange to me that with so little load it reaches it, even after I changed the original thermal paste to artic sIlver 5.
On the other hand I must add that the video card has a bad cooler and therefore I removed the cover to access the components and placed a fan from home, so that it does not burn out.
I have read that you can undervolt the processor even with stock cooler.
So what can you recommend to me and how to do it.

Very easy, use OCCT to test the stability of a certain vcore.
You just reduce it and test… if it crashes it is not stable... that's it.
If you can modify the vcore with some application from the motherboard manufacturer the better... you won't have to restart to find the vcore.

Also I have the same processor and I regret to inform you that the Stock cooler is only good for a paperweight. It looks good and all, but it's a hot little micro, and when it's running at full capacity, the fan spins very fast and makes a annoying noise. Try lowering the voltage, as indicated, since these micros come with a bit of overvoltage from the factory and it's true that if you push them a bit under load they get very hot.
On the other hand, if you don't have the possibility to buy another cooler, and by lowering the voltage you see that the temperature is still high, try lowering the micro's frequency a bit. You can also buy a large fan and place it for example with clamps in the case, so that it blows fresh air to the micro area. In a hot climate everything helps. Look for a fan type 12 cm or even larger, with a good air flow if possible, but not too noisy. It will help to lower the temperature for sure.

Ok, as soon as I have a chance I'll look into the voltage issue.
But it seems strange to me, because other times I've done other things and nothing, in fact, having a virtual machine open, bluestacks and a bunch of tabs open in chrome and at most I reached 60 degrees, and even playing fifa 08
Once I reached about 67 but I was doing a video conversion.
It's also true that yesterday when I passed there were about 32 degrees of ambient temperature.
Today I haven't had any problems, but the day has been very, very cool.
In a little while there will be a power outage, so I'll deal with the voltage issue tomorrow, although if it is my intention to buy a better cooler, unfortunately inflation in my country has us strangled, I'm out of work by the way. and to make matters worse there is still no hope that they will reactivate electronic dollars.
Here's how it is, a processor last year cost around 25000 bs, now it costs about 180000bs, and one earns a salary of about 30000, it's practically impossible.
I'll comment on the results as soon as I deal with the voltage issue.

I'm sorry about the situation in your country. Try anyway what we have told you.
For me the order would be this:
1º Lower the Vcore until you see that it is stable. Try some stress program of the micro to see the stability.
2º Use a case fan, well anchored even if it is homemade, blowing air to the micro area. With some plastic clamps or some strings you could do it. If the cooler were good, this would help little, but the Stock cooler is very bad when the micro gets to much load, so in your case it could help.
3º If even so the temperatures seem high to you, it would be necessary to lower a little the frequency of the micro. Maybe lowering 100-200 MHz is enough and you would lose little power.
As I tell you I have your micro, and I remember using it a few days with the Stock cooler, and as soon as it started to get a little hot, the micro reached 65º easy so I put the current cooler and I didn't have problems again.
As you can see these three options are free.

You are getting an error because you have lowered the vCore too much.

On the other hand, I have been doing these tests since Turbov Evo from AI Suite II, but it always gives me some kind of failure, look at the temperatures that I have tested trying to find a pattern, I hope you can advise me something:

Well it looks like you're going to need a better cooler for the CPU. From the data you're showing, apparently the minimum voltage to be stable (pending on leaving it on for more minutes to check) is 1.25-1.26V, and at 3 minutes you were already at 65ºC.
According to AMD with the 8 cores under load the maximum temperature should not exceed 61ºC. What's surprising is that the stock voltage is 1.375V, I don't want to imagine what temperatures you get at that voltage :facepalm: -
If it seems like it touches me and since I bought this processor I knew it was hot and I wanted to buy a better cooler but unfortunately I didn't have enough dollars.
And if I do it from the BIOS? what do you recommend or do you think I would get the same results?
Also regarding doing an underclock? what do you recommend, that was recommended to me below, but from what I have read on the Internet it is more complex.

From the BIOS it will be the same and as for underclocking, well, it's not worth it... it would be better to buy a less hot-headed micro! It's clear that the best thing would be to buy a good heatsink.

I would go to the bios and disable some cores while saving for a heatsink (second hand if necessary)

I advise you to change the heatsink. Update the motherboard's BIOS and improve the air circulation in the tower. The original heatsink is designed for an ambient temperature of 20 degrees. Above that.... almost in all homes... it struggles. It is not a design flaw. It is a common sense issue. That is why the latest am3+ that are on sale come with a much better heatsink.
