Thanks. I just bought the Asus Z170-K motherboard.
We'll talk about it when I read the manual.
The store guy told me that in principle yes.

Another question in case you have the answer:

Is there a page for compatibility of motherboards with graphics cards?
I have two graphics cards that I'm not sure if they can be installed on the new Asus Z170-K board.
        Their references are:
        NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS (I think it's 512 MB)
        nvidia 9800GT Club 3D 1GB

        Thanks

That was done by the LucidVirtu (which came standard with my system), but I should note that in my case, some games experienced some impressive drops, and in the end, I decided to leave only the discrete one.

I still haven't located anything on the motherboard that tells me what I can or can't do.

Where does it usually come from?

            Thanks

The Z170-K board has three video outputs.

What noticeable differences are there between putting a graphics card or not if we add more RAM to address the three monitors from the board and have good cooling in the PC?

              Thanks

                  Thanks Kernel 1.0
I was just reading and marking it, as well as putting the manual in the backpack to go to the computer store now.

So that you can follow us:

                  Graphics Configuration
Allows you to select a primary display from CPU, PCIE and PCI graphical devices

                  iGPU Multi-Monitor [Disabled]

This item allows you to empower both integrated and discrete graphics devices for the multi-monitor output. The CPU graphics shared system memory size is fixed at 64 MB….

                      I don't understand.

                      What OP?

What surprises me most about the documentation is the 64 MB limitation. What exactly does it refer to.

I don't think it's the memory that can be occupied by RAM if you put several monitors connected to the card…..

Let's see if someone knows something.

                      A hug

                        Thanks Kernel 1.0

I'm starting to understand a bit more.

The motherboard has an integrated graphics card with 1 GB of RAM that is not deducted from the main RAM. Of which 64 MB is cache memory. Cache memory of the integrated graphics card apparently.

The wording of the 64 MB in the English and German manual of the motherboard still isn't clear to me.

As it also comes in the Chinese manual, we will have to interpret that it is not exactly a typo...
