Doubt about the RAM voltage

It's not specifically OC, but I see that when I stress the system with aida64, the ram voltage goes up between 1.98 and 2.03v. I think it's excessive, but I'm not sure...
The ram is specifically kingston fury 4 gb 1600 on h87 motherboard with i5 4460
I have them in the bios with automatic voltage. If I set it to 1.50v fixed which is what the manufacturer says for this module, when I stress it it goes up to almost 2v.
How do you see it?? -
If the value you see changing is in the AIDA64, you can be sure it is not real, if you see it in the utility of the motherboard manufacturer, it is not normal :nono:, although if it is for a few seconds you should not worry.
