My monitor turns off and on by itself every 2 x3, so I'll have to change it, what 22" model do you recommend that doesn't go much over 100 euros and has hdmi?

That LG looks good. Good response time and meets the requirements you want.
For a little more you have a BenQ of 24" that gives great results. I personally like them quite a bit.
