Error opening the zip file

A couple of days ago I updated your zip file and added the new data.
Decided today to open it and add one more thing, however, the WinZip application gave me the error: "The file was empty or otherwise corrupt."

When the file got damaged, I don't know.

Is there any method for file recovery besides the built-in features in WinZip recovery?
