Overclock I5-3570k + Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

Hello fellow forum members, I have overclocked my micro, I have set it to 4.5ghz, but I have managed to stabilize the vcore at 1.47v, I have the load line in extreme mode.
in normal mode the micro reaches about 50º, with a prime test it can reach temperatures of 100º.

How do you see it?

Tomorrow I'll install a Corsair H75 cooler on it, to see if I can get the temperature down.

For now, I would tell you that the signature should not exceed 4 lines (I see 5), and that the source is not very reliable for such an aggressive OC <:(

Otherwise, control the cooling because summer is very bad, and I fear that the Corsair H75 is not enough for the TDP watts you want to dissipate :facepalm:

Take off that oc if you don't want to be left without a micro. Overclocking issues. If you keep the micro at such high temperatures and that voltage, one day it will just die, and it will be faster the smaller the manufacturing system is.
Be careful and lower it now until you at least have the h75, see how low you can go, try the lapping issue on that micro so it settles better and increase it little by little and with the lowest voltage possible.

There are people who have one like yours and haven't overclocked it, but for me it far exceeds the sensible limit. Overclock it to 4.2GHz and keep adding multi points to see where the voltage demand kicks in and if the temperatures are acceptable, and get the H75 but already :ffu:

I think it's ready, I've managed to stabilize it at 4200mhz with 1.24 vcore.
I've put the corsair h75 on it and with high performance games it doesn't reach 60º

Do I push it a bit more?

Well, try it at 4.3 but, think about the maximum under stress test. It's not good enough for it to spike but for it to stay at 60 and a bit with a game. Let's see if you're going to start decompressing something big and give it a good warm-up.
