Suspend/Hibernate Mode Windows 7

Every time I put it in suspend or hibernate mode and then restart the PC, the screen turns all gray, I have to restart the PC or use TeamViewer from my cell phone for the PC to react and the desktop to reappear on the screen, it's strange it never happened before, does anyone know about this issue?

Remember that both the mouse/pad and the keyboard must be configured to "Allow this device to wake the computer".
Device Manager - Keyboards - Device ID - Power management.
