Apparently, something solid has reached WccfTech, where the main features of AMD's new lineup of graphics cards with HBM2 memory are exposed.
I can't remember a time as hectic as this in this aspect, with a serious tug of war between the two big manufacturers; but it is undoubtedly something that is appreciated and much, because although it is true that we still have to wait to see what nVidia has in store with its GP102, just seeing what the Vega 10 is capable of offering can give you an idea of what is to come.

Source: WccfTech.1465 Mhz clock, 4096 stream processors, reaching 12 TFLOPs, and 16 GB of HBM2 memory with its 4096 bit bus. All this with a TDP of about 225 W.
A dual GPU graphics card is also expected, with its 32 GB of HBM2, 8192 stream processors, with an estimated TDP of about 300 W.It should be noted that both graphics cards, along with the Vega 11, maintain the PCIe 3.0 standard, and it will not be until the appearance of the Vega 20, in a few years, that support for PCIe 4.0 is introduced
However, it will be something after the appearance of the Vega 10 and 11 when AMD decides to present the Navi, replacing the previous ones.As I say, and maybe it's just an impression of mine, a maelstrom of teraflops and megahertz that will give a fight year after year from now on, for better or for worse.
