You would have to be a very mean German or a very troll to have put that name. Besides, the website doesn't seem very professional or original, so it looks more like smoke and mirrors than anything else.
Even so, I think it's an interesting connection to apply to other open protocols or as an extension of the imminent HTTP/2.
