From W10 Cloud to W10 Pro?

As stated (more or less) in the title, there are rumors that it might be possible to upgrade from Windows 10 Cloud to Windows 10 Pro.
Many will wonder why... I would want to install a cloud-based OS, which can't run Win32 or Centennial applications (which carries Windows applications to apps)?
The truth is that for nothing... but there are indications that it will be possible to upgrade to the Pro version of W10:

This string has been found in the Editions Matrix XML file of the version of Windows Clown... I mean... Cloud that has been leaked.

In case anyone had any doubts that Microsoft wants you to have W10 no matter what.
