Markdown and the size of YouTube videos

Every time I post a YouTube video in the forum, a piece of the video appears that scares people when they see it. How can I fix the size?

The size of the player adapts to the screen. In principle the user cannot modify the size. The plugin I use should reduce the size to 640x360 but I don't know why it doesn't. I'll look into it later.
