OVERCLOCK CONSULTATION I7 6700K
-
WHEN I WANT TO OVERCLOCK I CAN'T GO OVER 4.8 mhz, WHY IS THAT? IF I GO OVER THOSE MHZ IT STAYS LOADING WITH A WINDOWS PROBLEM. I ALSO TRIED CHANGING THE VOLTAGES BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. SHOULD I CHANGE THE POWER SUPPLY NO?
IN THE BIOS I SYNCHRONIZED THE CORES TO 48, I LEFT THE BUS AT 100, AND I PUT THE VOLTAGE AT 1.500 (FROM THE 1.700 MAX)
MY PC:
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-P
Processor: I7 6700K
Power Supply: SEASONIC 620W M12II BRONZE
Cooling: COOLER MASTER SEIDON 120V
Ram: 16 GB CORSAIR 2400 MHZ -
Is the answer I gave you 4 days ago not enough for you?

I don't know how you're doing with temperatures, but that Seidon will have a hard time keeping the i7 6700k below 64ºC (TCASE) if you touch the voltage even a little.
