Does anyone happen to have a key for this game on steam to sell?

I know it came out in packs at a very good price, but currently I can't find it for less than 20€ and it was to give a gift to a friend.

During the sales it is usually €9.99 or even cheaper, I think I got it for €6.67. If you can wait for the summer sales, which are supposed to be on June 21, you can save some money.
