I need a program to monitor startup in W10

Hello everyone.
It's been a long time since I've been to this forum.

Let me tell you.
I have a Lenovo Yoga 3 pro laptop that has always worked great, but lately, since some Windows 10 update, the laptop is very slow. The mouse and keyboard are jumping. I'm sure it's some damn Windows update because if I install the OS from scratch it doesn't do it. Then I put it to update and when it has put in some updates, it starts to go wrong without needing to put anything else in.

With the task manager I don't see what the hell is slowing down the computer.

The thing is that if I restart the computer, it works perfectly when it starts up but only until it has been on for about 10 seconds, then the mouse starts to get stuck. It's as if something is loaded at startup that slows it down.

I would need some program that helps me monitor the startup of the computer in which I can see in some list of time or something that has been loaded at each moment to see if I can find out what the hell is slowing down my computer.
