1 to 3 monitors

Hello, being a newbie in these topics, I ask for your help to clarify my indecision.
To put it in context, for work and leisure (programming and virtual machines, watching movies, downloads, little video editing, no gaming), I think that 2-3 monitors greatly improves efficiency and saves a lot of time.

Several ideas in mind:
2 monitors of 27, and optionally, another, secondary one that can pivot vertically to see the code well.
A more expensive option, one of 49 inches (they are like 2 of 27 inches).
Other options: a monitor of 34, 35, 37, 42...

From there, more doubts arise: choosing the right type of panel VA, TN, IPS. Resolution 1080p or more? 144 Hz? FreeSync?
Not being a gamer, the refresh rate does not have to be 1ms.

From there, thinking about a graphics card (I would get an Nvidia) that can handle 2-3 monitors with solvency,

I compiled these comments:

Regarding monitors, I have an ultrawide of 34" (3440x1440p) and I would not recommend getting one that is 1080p and more if you work with video.
The one you put is 3840x1080p which seems totally insufficient for that size.

If you are going to use 3 "attached" monitors, I recommend IPS panels. Here the viewing angle is key, if you use another type of LCD panel, you will not see the same color tones in the 3 monitors.

Think well about having 3 identical monitors. They do not have to be the same. If you want to do different things you can use different monitors.
If you want a 1ms monitor it will have to be a TN panel. Good for gaming because of that response time but very bad in color reproduction.
For watching movies, a VA panel with an extremely high contrast would be ideal, and for editing, for color fidelity and balance in everything, an IPS of quality would be ideal.

If you go to resolutions 1440p, 3 monitors, you will need a graphics card.

as for a monitor that pivots and stands vertical, HP has the x25 that has that feature and whose price is approximately around 200€ it's TN which makes it good for games but not so much for graphic design (the blacks are not pure). but if you combine it with another that is LED IPS which could be the ultrawide, you would have a pretty good combination. if you want it for something already a third monitor I only see it if you want games like eurotrack or similar
