Windows 11 may not work on recent hardware
It's not about the TPM 2.0 requirement, but an artificial requirement that Microsoft has introduced. This makes it possible that the operating system can't run on the first Ryzen, Threadripper, Skylake-X and in general, any Intel CPU before 2016.
AMD is recycling kits for Xbox
They have renamed them as 4700S. They come with 8 Zen 2 cores and the integrated GPU deactivated.
New RISC-V processor
The Chinese Academy of Sciences has created a commercial and domestic CPU that can run Linux. It will be released next month.
Intel disables TSX in several generations
