The Windows power button does not work

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 Pro. However, after upgrading, the Windows power button no longer works. Every time I need to use the Alt+F4 keyboard shortcut. I don't understand the problem may occur due to the upgrade of my computer. Could someone help me, please?

@amaritowne W10 is quite yours when it comes to keeping the content active that you like, which is why sometimes the shortcuts do not work as quickly as they did in W8 or W7

Try activating a field with the Windows key, like Win+R (Run), before pressing Alt+F4 to see if that way it responds better to you.

@fassou I used the system symbol which is "secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\\inf\\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose" with the help of this article. Also, run the DISM and SFC scan. After doing these methods completely, the problem was solved. Now I can access the power button perfectly.
