W10 pro impossible to restore

Well, that's it, the PC is an AMD 3+, I had it and it never gave me any problems.
I put it in the office to download work from the PC of a CNC that's a toy.
For weeks it would freeze when I put in the W10 updates and promptly I would get the blue screen "the system did not start correctly" if I clicked to restore to a previous update it would work.
I downloaded the Kioxia program and it said the SSD is perfect.
Today after many hours I had no choice but to put in a second SSD and install W10 plus the other programs, AutoCAD and MasterCam tomorrow I will copy the tools folder and that's it.
What I don't understand is the reason.
An update of W10?
Did they disable them?
In any case I will check the old SSD and I'll see if I leave it for backup or put a mechanical one.
Today I caught myself with little work to do, but another day will catch me...
And I have very serious problems.
