ASUS takes over NUCs
After Intel decided to abandon the development of their low-power miniPCs, ASUS has officially taken up the baton and will continue with generations 10 to 13 of the computer.
Security flaw in ARM GPU
A security flaw has been found in ARM's Mali GPUs. The flaw allows an attacker to read the contents of memory that has been freed. Devices that have been updated since September are protected.
Windows 11 issues with AMD software
The latest cumulative update for Windows 11 (KB5030310) has caused the Adrenalin control panel to stop working. Despite the problem, the drivers are functioning normally.
Ryzen Z1 Extreme
Someone has brought us a Ryzen Z1 Extreme. It is a portable Zen 4 with 8 cores and a TDP of 30W that achieves half a million points. Its performance is similar to the Core i5-12400 and it ranks 41st in the overall ranking.
Enable.htaccess file
We continue to fine-tune our web server with Apache on Debian. This time, we are going to enable the.htaccess file, a file that will allow us to manage access, redirects, and other important aspects that we will detail in the next chapter.
