Me ha pasado 2 veces que se me corta la electricidad estando en Mandrake.
Al reiniciar me pide que ponga Y (yes) si quiero comprobar el o los discos, pero no hace nada…
Entonces, hay algún comando para chequear los hdds? para que los archivos y particiones estén correctas?

Si tu sistema de ficheros es ext2 o ext3 prueba e2fsck (o fsck a secas, no se). Es lo que se "lanza" al iniciar Linux cuando no se ha cerrado bien.
