Pues los PLL son los integrados que se encargan de dar las frecuencias, por ejemplo, al FSB.
Hay miles, y cada uno funciona de forma distinta… Fabricantes, Winbond, Cypress,ICS .... muchos...Es ese integrado lo que se "toca" para cambiar el FSB, ya sea por BIOS o por proframa tipo CPUCool o SoftFSB..
