How do I disable messenger on XP?

Hola:
Acabo de reinstalar el Xp, y ahora el mesenger se inicia cuando uso el outlook, y no puedo desactivar el mesenger si no quito antes el outlook.
No se como lo hice antes pero hasta ayer messenger y outlook eran independientes uno del otro.
¿Cómo los desligo?Un saludo.

xp-AntiSpy3S es una de ellas. Desactivas, eliminas el spyware del XP, o controlas al dichoso messenger.

PD. A mí por lo menos, en las opciones, si lo deshabilito al iniciarse el outlook, no me hace ni p... caso. Así que por eso opté en hacerlo por las bravas. -

Le cambias el nombre al ejecutable del messenger que esta en archivos de programa y listo, no da ningun error ni ves que lo intenta arrancar ni nada simplemete deja de funcionar y si lo quieres recuperar le pones el nombre original y listo

Perdón, me expresé mal. Lo que quiero es que no funcionen conjuntamente. Si arranco outlook, arranca el mesenger, y antes no era así (hace 2 días). Podí tener Outlook sin mesenger encendido, y viceversa.
Ahora cuando arranco outook y tb arranca mesenger, si intento apagarlo me dice que primero tengo que cerrar el outlook.
Haber si alguien sabe algo.Un saludo, y gracias por las respuestas.

Yo cuando no lo usaba me baje el antispy y lo desactale viene una opcion ( perdon por repetir del compañero).. pruebalo veras:D

Yo como no lo uso, lo borre a lo bestia… si si a lo bestia, no lo haria con ningun programa pero el messenger me toca los webs...
