Following another post, I took those voltages as a reference and tried them out.
I ended up with 3.5, raising it to 170 and the memos to 680. With a voltage of 1.21v. I don't know if that's too much. First I tried with 1.225 as I had the other, but I saw that it went up to 65-68º, so I left it at 1.21.
On the other hand, after trying and playing. I see that there are points where it gets stuck. As if it's going to hang, but it doesn't. I don't know if it's because the hdd can't handle it.
I've lowered it a bit to 169, everything is the same, it stays at 3.5 and the memos at 670. I haven't touched the voltage of the ram.
I selected a type of memory and from there I started raising it from 100, first trying 200 (it bounced back) and from 100 upwards until I matched it with the ram.
I don't know if I did it right.

@_IsaaC_: Puede tener algo q ver la relacion Dram/FSB 5:1? saludos men yo tengo i7 920 a 3.8ghz y gtx 570oc de fabrica a 750mhz el reloj y te digo que en battlefield los fps en averge 45 fps max 65fps min 38fps pero eso todo en ultra excepto antislasing a 2x, the witcher 2 edicion completa todo al maximo menos hiperreal desactivado me va parecido a 50 fps average min 40 fps max 70 fps assasing crred revalaciones si me va muy bien todo al maximo antieslasing 4x average 90fps min 70fps max 120fps batman arckan city si no me acuerdo pero habias bajones pero de 17 fps salvo en el bechmark del juego que creo era 28fps average 75 max 85 haber si te ayuda seria bueno que instalras el 3dmark 11 y dieras tu puntuacion de cpu y grafica pra comparar saludos

Thanks. I really noticed it now. Battlefield 3 at FULL with motion blur at 100. And it runs smoother than before. A new sensation.
I've been looking and it seems like it was a good price. I haven't seen any go below 350€.
On the other hand I was looking at reviews (I didn't know this one) in BF3 up to x1200 at full it seems to run at par with the generic 580.

You need a graphics card with a power similar to a 260 GTX to use in physics, and the cheap graphics cards you mention do not perform as such.

esos 5-10 grados menos sin ht son ciertos, pero solo con el procesador a tope. si no lo pones al 100% da igual que tenga ht on o ht off, las temperaturas no subiran en exceso. lo que comentas de la temperatura de la grafica por mas que lo pienso no le encuentro sentido. posiblemente sea casualidad dependiendo de la temperatura ambiente y otros factores, pero te puedo asegurar que con un micro sin overclock la grafica no se calienta mas, en todo caso seria al reves si existiera cuello de botella (pero con un i7 y una gtx 460 eso no se produce nunca). de todas formas no te preocupes, 70º en una grafica es una temperatura normal. hay disipadores de gran calidad con los que las graficas se calientan aun menos, pero es algo que no te hace falta. mi consejo es que no te fijes tanto en esos detalles, pongas el procesador a 3,2-3,4ghz y disfrutes de tu pc tranquilamente p.d: si el i7 esta por debajo de 70º y la grafica por debajo de 80º mientras juegas no hay de que preocuparse.
