The manual will tell you if you need to use all 8 pins, or if 4 are enough, because on some boards these connectors are connected to each other, and on others they are not.

Anyway, Thermaltake is not known for making quality power supplies, and 530w seems a bit low.

The motherboard does not officially support that micro, and there are very few AM3+ micros that it supports, so it is a bad option.

Look for a more modern motherboard, as already commented in this same post from 10 years ago
