download the latest drivers for your S.O and if it doesn't work talk to them and get them to give you a solution (and look at the BIOS)

I've already done everything, and the BIOS is fine, everything is as it should be. And I downloaded the latest drivers for the device. The printer already works for me. What doesn't work for me is the keyboard and wireless mouse. I'll get over it. I'll just buy another new one and that's it.
