If it seems like electrical noise, which usually happens when several components coincide, in the video it looks like it's the graphics but it's easy that with another source it wouldn't do it, to me it only happened once with a 260Gtx and a rampage with a Thermaltake source, putting a seasonic source it stopped doing it and also when putting the same graphics and the thermaltake in a P5K it didn't do it either, anyway that electrical noise seems louder than the one I had, in mine it sounded very little.
Anyway I had sources and other boards that's why I could change components, but the noise usually occurs when two or more components coincide.
Where it also makes a little noise is if you have the graphics overclocked passing benchmarks that give many fps, because a few days ago it did sound something when passing a vantage with an SLI of 480 and with a Corsair TX850w, but in that case the source must already be working at a fairly high load.
