jordiqui has told you this very clearly. The first thing is to read some guide, to soak up what overclocking is and how it works. There are many overclocking guides and some dedicated to the Q6600 if I'm not mistaken.
Coming and saying "help me, tell me everything, I don't know anything" is very easy, and in particular around here that attitude is hated, (apart from the fact that we don't know exactly what motherboard you have, the rest of your equipment, etc.) so when you study a little bit everything related to overclocking (basic notions) and locate the parameters to modify, THEN we can help you, and we will do it gladly.
