Let's see, how much it can go up and with what voltages, what you asked at the beginning I already told you that it's visible to everyone by using a little bit of google (it took me less than 5 min to see many overclocks). The last thing you asked is very basic, you are here to read more, a little more, I'll give you an example: How are you going to know later what voltage is really being supplied to the micro? Where are you going to look? The vcore +/- thing is very simple, the normal voltage is added or subtracted by the + or - value you choose from a list that would come up, and that would be the result. That's how the specific voltage you want is defined manually and will be fixed, but it's a very elementary question, you are here to read a little more and have it a little clearer. And you also have to be clear about what it means to test stability with one voltage or another, as well as the temperature issue, it's 100% essential.

I updated many from Windows and no problem

the best is, in the bios put system defaults and then update
then put system defaults start the windows and if everything goes well
go to the bios and put it to the liking and needs of each one

PD: I already imagined that your motherboard by USB would not serve you for that

      regards

alfinal he conseguido subir de 400 he tocado los parametros de CPU Feature Page i he ido a DRAM timing y he puesto Enhance Data Transmitting y Enhance Addressing a FAST… tb he ido a Clock Setting Fine Delay he puesto la memoria a 5-5-5-15 y el performance level a 8... en main Bios he puesto CPU Clock a 405 i el DRAM Speed en 333/800. el sistema arranca pero al testear se para pero he conseguido subir de 400 i el pc arranca... mi sorpresa es cuando voy a tocar DRAM Voltage Control lo puesto tocar pero cuando voy a buscar el CPU VID CONTROL... no esta ¬¬'... ahora donde subo el Vcore???
