me parece que lo que quieres es coger parte de tu memoria ram y convertirla en un idsco duro superrapido ¿no?
Si es esto, la aplicacion de llama Ramdrive, la tienes en cualquier disco de arranque o en windows 2000

Eso existía en msdos con el comando ramdrive, pero en 2000 nunca lo había oído.

No se pero en el win98, editando en config.sys, o no se cual se podia hacer un disco duro utilizando la memoria.Si te interesa lo puedo mirar.Un salu2
