Problemita con el RivaTuner

Tengo la version 2.0 RC12, una XFX GF4 MX440 y 2 problemas: el 1º es que cuando entro a la opcion "Customize low level system settings" (icono Placa) en Target Adapter me aparece este aviso:
El 2º problema es que cuando la quiero OCear, al pasar de 315/420 me aparecen 2 signos de interrogacion en los iconos, miren:
Que significa eso ? que ese es el limite del core y memos ?. Miren que toco el disipador de la placa y esta frio, si, frio, ni siquiera tibio.
