¿como configurar el SpeedFun 0.46?

me he bajado este programa que creo que es para monitorizar la cpu (temperatura etc.) y hacer que bajen de revoluciones los ventiladores cuando haga falta, el problema es que no me aclaro para configurarlo. ¿alguien sabe como hacerlo y explicarlo de una manera llana y sencilla? gracias a todos y suerte.
