Disipata para P4 ?

Que disipador me recomiendan que sea bueno y a la vez silencioso. Tengo un P4 2.4Ghz y lo puedo subir a 2.7Ghz pero esta demasiado caliente el disipador ( un Coolermaster ).

El Silentmaxx coolpro que me acaba de llegar, 19db para un P4 de 3Ghz y solo 12db para un P de 2,4ghz
