Nanos de la RAM de mi GeForce 4 TI 4200

A ver, acabo de comprar una Xelo GeForce 4 TI 4200 con 128 DDR AGP 8x, y cañaaaa, mu contento, pero como uno tiene su afan de saber, me gustaría saber los nanos de la memoria, y no viene ni en la caja ni en la WEB.
Existe alguna utilidad que me revele esta información?
