No que que le a pasado que cuando se me habre una pagina del internet explorer se me abre minimizada. como puedo modificar eso?

Primero coges y cierras todas las ventanas del IE, y del Explorador de Windows, y el messengfer y su sesión, luego le das click con el boton derecho sobre el acceso directo y le das a propiedades, en PANTALLA le pones VENTANA MAXIMIZADA y le aceptas y listo.
