Es esto normal??

Hola, me he comprado un hardcano 8, y al conectarlo todo no noto nada de nada. Pues bien, me pongo a medir tensiones y tengo en el molex de la fuente 18 V con algo (amarillo y negro) y en el de 5 V tengo 7 V con algo (rojo y negro). La fuente es una Golden Point de 300 W que tiene un año de vida.
Asi que esto no se si es normal o que pasa, pero el hardcano lo conecto y no hace nada de nada.
Si alguien me pudiera ayudar le estaria muy agradecido.
