Control de rpm y temperatura

¿Hay forma de saber cual es la temperatura de mi tarjeta y las rpm del ventilador?
El ventilador es el que trae por defecto. Es para saber si me conviene cambiarlo.

Si vas a hacer OC seguramente que será más que recomendable, y no solo eso, si la memoria de la VGA no trae disipadores, deberás de acoplarles unos.
