Hasta Donde Subir una Radeon 9100

Tengo una Radeon 9100 de PowerColor de 128 Mb a 250 Mhz… hasta donde puedo subirla ? alguien lo ha probado ?
Que pasos tengo que seguir ? se debe modificar la bios ?
alguien me puede ayudar ?

Prueba a subirla primero con el Rage3d tweak a 275/275 que seguramente te aguante si las memorias no son muy cutres…
