Unidad ZIP en XP

Haber si ha alguien le pasa, en un ordenador de los que tenemos por aquí no ha forma de que funcione bien al leer los zips 100MB, a veces los lee y a veces se queda como leiendo y a los 2 minutos dice error de lectura y bla bla bla
He probado con dos unidades zip IDE y otra paralelo y pasa igual
Alguna idea??

Tal vez debe ser algún problema de software, en el curro usamos zip 250 usb en win2k y winxp y ningún problema.
