De W2000 Server A W2003 Server

En la empresa donde trabajo tenemos un servidor Windows 2000 con 5 CALs d Terminal Server. Ahora ke ha salido Windows 2003 Server… ¿Qué pasará con estas licencias? He leído x ahí ke no habrá compatibilidad entre estos dos sistemas operativos. W2003 utiliza un modelo d licenciamiento distinto a W2000.
Si yo actualizo de Windows 2000 Server a Windows 2003 Server, ke tendré ke hacer para ke las licencias d Terminal Server ke ya tengo compradas funcionen también en este último?
