Oc En P4 2,66

Hola a todos, tengo un p4 2,66 en una abit IT7 max v2.0 y cuando le pongo el bus a 160, no me arranca.
Lo he puesto a 3 ghz con bus de 150 y va perfecto sin tocar el voltage, a 160 he probado subiendo un poco el voltage y nada, con el PCI y AGP normal.
Puede ser la memoria kingstom 512 ddr333. Creo que no porque tambien la he bajado de velocidad por la bios y tampoco arranca.
El voltage del procesador de serie es 1,475v y lo he puesto a 1,5v.
