Problema con XP

Desde ace unos dias el ordenador no apaga a la primera, en vez de apagar se reinicia, y al segundo intento si apaga. Q puede ser. Esto no pasa simepre, hay veces q se apaga a la primera.????

a mi me pasaba lo mismo en el winME y me di cuenta de ke hera el seti, al tenerlo activo no se apagaba solo reiniciaba
