Que Placa Base Me Compro??

Hola a todos, me quiero cambiar el ordeñador y no se que placa base poner. (En un INTEL)
A ver si alguien me pueda ayudar a escoger una placa que se pueda hacer OC y sea estable. (que este bien)Gracias y un saludo.

ah. me lo dejaba, q sea tambien compatible con una 9700, q he oido por ahi q hay algunas placas q no lo son??
