Pregunta simple sobre cátodos

ayer me llegó un pedido q hice a hardlimit, entre muchas cosas estaba este doble cátodo azul
el caso es q lo fui a probar uno brillaba normal y otro muy muy apagado, apenas iluminaba… le di un golpecito muy leve al inversor, no pasó nada.. apagué, volví a encender, igual, apagué... volví a encender y ya lucía igual q el otro...
ya he hecho varias pruebas y no ha vuelto a dar esos síntomas
mi pregunta es si por el transporte, es posible q ocurra esto

A mi me pasa que el catodo parpadea hasta que se "calienta"
y ya da todo su esplendor.Lo mas seguro podria ser debido a qu efue su 1er encendido

A mi tampoco me luce del todo hasta que se calienta, a lo mejor es normal.

Kreo k puede ser normal,vamos a mi k a mi tb tarda unos minutos en brillar bien bien,lo de el doble catodo pues no se pk no tengo ninguno,a ver donde metia yo ese "bicho" XD
