Problema!!!! ayuda por favor!!!

bueno antes ke nada les dejo algunos datos de mi ekipo
xp1800+ tbred "A"
abit nfs-7 rev 1,1
256 ddr 333 samsung "pata negra"bueno resulta que el otro dia instale windows XP , (antes tenia el windows ME) , bueno el problema es ke cuando quiero apagar el ekipo em lugar de apagarse se reinicia y el micro "se pone " a 1150MHZ….. (10011.5) cuando la velocidad tendria ke ser (13311.5) antes con el otro windows esto no pasaba........
Cuando "se pone" a 1150 MHZ recien ay la makina se apaga cuando pongo apagar........
(osea siempre ke se pone a 1150MHZ yo entro al bios y esta todo bien osea dice 1800+ el mutiplicador esta en 11,5 y el bus a 133, pero cuando arranca la makina en lygar de decir 1800+ dice 1150MHZ.......)alguien tiene una idea de por ke puede llegar a estar pasando esto?

seguro? pero porke con el otro windows no pasaba esto?
el problema es ke nunca regrave el bios…. y me da un poco de cagazo......
pero si estan seguro ke si regrabo el bios va a andar bien........ lo regrabare.....
