Tension +3.3v a 4v

El caso esl que tengo instalado el programa Hardware Doctor que venia con placa y desde que subi el micro de 2400Mhz a 2500Mhz (todavia no me he puesto a darle caña a micro) me salta un mensaje de error diciendo que la tension +3.3v llega a 4v. Deberia darle mucha importancia a esto? Esta tesion es la de tarjeta grafica? Sera problema de la fuente?
