Existe algun programa que pemita de una manera rapida y sencilla pasar un MP3 con un bitrate de por ejemplo 192 a otro inferior como 128?
Es decir sin tener que pasar manualmente a WAV y luego recodificarlo, que lo haga todo el solito…

Claro que si, puedes usar el dBpowerAMP y el soundforge.
