Panel de Control ¿ande andara? Ayudaaa

Tengo win xp home bajo ntfs. El caso es que hasta hace poco todo iba bien hasta que el panel de control dejo de funcionar. El panel en si sale, pero la mayoria de iconos no fucionan, y eso me incapacita para, por ejemplo desinstalar cosas. En la page de microsoft no dice nada por mas que busco, alguien puede decirme una solucion sin formatear?????:rabieta: :susto: :vayatela:

Y reinstalar por encima??? Digo sin borrar nada, puede que te lo solucione.

Hombre, puedes probar a darle a reparar instalacion anterior, cuando arranques con el CD de Windows. También puedes intentar restaurar el equipo a una configuración anterior.

ya habia probado el restaurar sistema pero lo volvi a restaurar a hace un mes y todo va bien :sisi: :verguen:
lo que pasa es que ahora lo tengo como hace un mes lleno de spywares :rabieta:gracias por todo :risitas:
