Temperatura alta en mi RL

Hola a todos
Tengo un Barton 2600+ subido a 2200 (200*11), y con un voltaje de 1,6v
La refigeracion líquida que le tengo montada: Eheim 1048, Deposito innovatec, Radiador 12cm Black Plex, Ventilador 12cm enermax y bloque Ketchak 4 de cobre.
El caso es que la temperatura se mantiene en los 40º, y por mas que toque el bloque lo mueva, le aplique pasta termica, no baja de esa temeratura ¿Hay algo que se pueda hacer?

Mi Barton 2600+ a 2'1Ghz 1'65V esta a +-40ºC full load y no me quejo eh? Claro que mi habitacion esta calentita.. si dejo que pase corriente de aire por el sulo no temp no sube de 32ºC full.
En voltajes bajos no es que sea mucho mejor que la refrigeracion por aire, pero a la que le metes 1'8V o mas se nota mucho la diferencia entre aire y agua..
