Que se puede usar para ver la tmp de una Radeon?

Querría saber cual es la temperatura de mi gráfica pero no se como hacerlo, hay programas? Necesita una sonda? Como se puede hacer?

Con una sonda-termometro o sino con una sonda de esas q traen los TT Hardcano.
O tambien te la puedes hacer en casa, en inet hay guias
