XP 3000+, ¿Están desbloqueados aún?

Hola, quisiera cambiar el 2600+ Barton que tengo por un 3000+.
Según he leído por ahí, los únicos micros nuevos que NO están bloqueados son precisamente estos.
¿Alguien puede confirmar si todavía están desbloqueados estos micros?
